The Crime against Harkis

Abstract

After the Evian Treaty was signed, more than 100,000 Harkis were killed by the FLN (National Liberation Front), and those brought to France received a poor welcome. Most of them were “placed” in shady overcrowded camps.
This film sheds light on the history of Harkis and asks both sides – in Algeria and in France – the following question: who is to blame for the miserable fate of these men?
